CLEAN-UP LIST

 

KITCHEN / CAFETERIA

__1. Stove/Grill – Grill needs to be scraped, bricked, and cleaned. Grease trap needs to be

Emptied and cleaned.

__2. Oven – Oven needs to be wiped out and cleaned.

__3. Stainless steel – All surfaces need to be cleaned and polished with the stainless steel

cleaner provided.

__4. Convection Oven – Wipe out all food particles and clean.

__5. Dishes – All cooking and eating utensils need to be cleaned and put back into their

proper place.

__6. Dishwasher – Needs to be drained and catch screen needs to be cleaned out.

__7. Chairs – Stack all chairs (15 to a stack) and place on left side of stage.

__8. Tables – Clean and place tables in a single flat stack on right side of

stage.

__9. Floor – Needs to be swept and damp mopped.

__10. Restrooms – Need to be cleaned (swept and damp mopped) Waste baskets and

feminine receptacles need to be emptied.

__11. Trash – All trash needs to be emptied into dumpsters.

CABINS / BATH HOUSE

__1. Clean out showers. (Remove soaps, shampoos, etc. Be sure to check floor).

__2. Empty all trash cans & feminine receptacles into the dumpsters.

__3. Bunks – Clean around and underneath all mattresses.

__4. Make sure the camp grounds are free from litter.
